How long does shipping take for FPV components?
We process all orders within 24 hours. Domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on customs.
What is your return policy on damaged parts?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items. However, due to the nature of the hobby, we cannot accept returns on electronics that have been soldered or components damaged during a flight crash.
Do you provide technical support for drone builds?
Yes! Our team of experienced pilots is available via email to help with wiring diagrams, Betaflight configuration, and troubleshooting your Aether FPV gear.
Are your LiPo batteries shipped with special precautions?
Absolutely. All LiPo batteries are shipped via ground transport in compliance with safety regulations and are packaged in specialized fire-retardant materials to ensure safe delivery.
Do you offer warranty on flight controllers and ESCs?
All electronics are covered by a manufacturer's warranty against defects. Please perform a 'smoke test' before soldering, as the warranty is voided once the component has been modified.
